Any requests in changing the fabric may be placed right up to the ordering of the fabric. Any changes to the design may be made until the beginning of the cutting process.

Exchange and Return
- In preparations for contingencies such as product defects or size changes, we provide reserve inventory to allow the products to be replaced immediately upon notification.
- We maintain a dedicated alterations team in production line at all times, offering convenient exchange or alteration. Our product guarantee extends for one year.
- We offer free replacements and returns for product defect or shipping errors (however, the replaced product must be the same one as the one ordered)
- We reserve the right to decline any improper requests for replacement or returns to guarantee our ability to provide our products at optimal price and quality.
